Foxi.food provides restaurants with a technology solution for managing delivery — a courier app available at courier.foxi.food.
Important notice
A courier may be an employee or a contractual partner of the restaurant. Foxi.food enables restaurants and their contractual partners (couriers) to exchange information about orders, delivery addresses and delivery status through the courier app. Foxi.food is not an employer or contractual partner of couriers — we do not pay any compensation, set working conditions, or take responsibility for the relationship between the restaurant and the courier.
The contractual relationship arises solely between the restaurant and the courier. The restaurant is responsible for verifying that the courier meets the legal conditions for performing the work (employment, trade licence, or another form of cooperation).
In the restaurant admin panel (Settings → Couriers), the restaurant registers its couriers and grants them access to the courier app.
The courier app at courier.foxi.food provides an overview of orders, navigation and delivery management. The app is a technology tool — it does not constitute an employment relationship with Foxi.food.
